Google Discontinues Gmail BlackBerry App, Use AstraSync to Get Gmail Sync

Google have announced that they are discontinuing their Gmail App for BlackBerry, with support for the App being dropped in less than 10 days time.

AstraSync Certified for OS7

AstraSync brings Hotmail to BlackBerry with Email, Calendar and Contact Sync

BlackBerry owners can now synchronize their Hotmail Email, Calendar and Contacts with their BlackBerry smartphones over the air using AstraSync.

Microsoft officially announced support for Exchange ActiveSync with Hotmail and Windows Live Accounts on the 30th of August. We have now completed testing of the Hotmail service with AstraSync and have added it to our ever growing list of supported platforms.

Improved Performance and UI Responsiveness

AstraSync now carefully manages background tasks and processes to improve the responsiveness of the AstraSync user interface. Users can make their own adjustments using the new Performance Settings form under the AstraSync Options menu.
