AstraSync First to Deliver ActiveSync to BlackBerry Torch 9800 and OS6.0

We are very pleased to announce that our Quality Assurance department has completed the testing and certification of AstraSync 4.1.19 for the new BlackBerry Torch 9800 and BlackBerry OS6.0. AstraSync did not require any modifications for the Torch or for OS6.0 and proved to be compatible “out of the box”.

AstraSync works perfectly with the touchscreen, the soft keyboard, the track pad and the physical keyboard and is delightful to use on the Torch. The combination of the touch screen, the track pad and the physical keyboard provide the best of both worlds.

The large screen displays over twice as many messages in the inbox compared to a regular keyboard BlackBerry device. The AstraSync shortcut bar provides convenient touch access to email management when the physical keyboard is closed. The physical slide out keyboard provides advanced productive access to email management through the standard keyboard shortcut keys that BlackBerry users have come to love and depend on.
