BlackBerry owners can now synchronize their Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contacts with their BlackBerry smartphones using AstraSync.
The latest verion of AstraSync is now able to provide automatic, over-the-air synchronization between BlackBerry smartphones and Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contacts.
AstraSync uses Gmail’s support of the Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync® protocol to extend Google Sync’s existing capabilities, which only synchronizes calendars and contacts, to also synchronize email and email folders.
To set up AstraSync with Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contacts, BlackBerry users should follow the Google Sync iPhone configuration instructions.

Can you have multiple sync relationships such that you can setup both a Gooogle and an Exchange account?

Unfortunately you can currently only use AstraSync to sync with one server.
